1 1/2 hours on the phone with India

It's true! all the IT tech support jobs are in India! My computer woes weren't completely over. Still had some quirky things going on. Spent a lifetime on the phone and transferred a few times to different specialist at microsoft customer support. Things should now be calmer and no more error messages.
