Pissy post about a paid for pattern now available for free :)
Doesn't it just burn your buns to buy a pattern booklet for one sweater pattern within it, then to find the yarn company release THAT pattern free on it's webpage? It's been loaded unto the free section only within the last couple of weeks.
Under the yarn Zara, it the exact sweater!
ok, I admit it! if the yarn store where I saw the sweater sample laid on owe of the counters didn't have the pattern, I would not of bought 10 balls of zara. It is not the store's fault. they have no control over these decisions. if fact, it's kinda counter preductive in the sense of sales.
Anywhooo, I will say again that the shop was great. And to think I was helped by the First Place Winner Of Tnna's 2005 Student Designer Of The Year. To me that's comparable to a celebrity knitter interaction. so Laura may not of known, but see is now in the catagory of such designers as Lily Chin, Beth Brown-Riesel, etc. that I have had the opportunity to meet. I will be looking in the years to come for this woman's name in magazines and bookstores.
